Our subscription model is based on trust and discovery. We select books we genuinely believe are worth your time, often introducing readers to authors and genres they might not have discovered on their own. However, when you sign up, you can indicate your reading preferences (fiction, non-fiction, specific genres), and we take these into account. If a particular month's selection doesn't appeal to you, you can always skip that month.

We take great care in packaging all our books, but occasionally damage can occur during transit. If your book arrives damaged, simply email us a photo at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery, and we'll send a replacement immediately at no additional cost. We want every reading experience to begin with a perfect book.

All our virtual events, including author Q&As and online discussion groups, are completely complimentary for subscription members. Local in-person meetups are organised by chapter leaders and typically free, though some may have nominal venue costs (such as coffee shop meetups where you'd purchase your own beverage). Our annual book festival does have ticket costs to cover venue and author expenses, but members receive a significant discount.

We believe in making subscription management as simple as possible. You can cancel anytime through your account dashboard with just one click. There are no cancellation fees, and you'll retain access to member benefits until the end of your current billing cycle. You're also welcome to pause your subscription for up to three months if you need a break but plan to return. We're sad to see anyone go, but we respect that reading habits and circumstances change.

Currently, we only offer delivery within the United Kingdom. However, we're actively working on international expansion and hope to offer shipping to Ireland and select European countries by late 2025.
