Our monthly subscription service provides one curated book per month for £19.99. Subscriptions automatically renew monthly unless cancelled. You may cancel anytime through your account dashboard with no penalties. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
Books are dispatched within 3-5 business days to UK addresses only. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services. If your book arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days for a complimentary replacement.
You agree to use our services lawfully and respectfully. Prohibited activities include: harassment of other members, posting inappropriate content, attempting to breach our systems, or using our service for unlawful purposes.
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is protected by copyright and owned by Tata Book Club or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
Tata Book Club provides services "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for services in the 12 months preceding any claim.
Our marketing complies with Google Ads policies and UK advertising standards. We do not make misleading claims about our services and ensure all promotional content is truthful and verifiable.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UK courts.

We use your data to: process subscriptions and deliveries; communicate about your account and orders; send marketing emails (only with consent); improve our website and services; comply with legal obligations; and detect fraud and ensure security.

We want you to love every book you receive. If you're unsatisfied, we're here to help.
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled anytime with no cancellation fees. Refunds are not provided for the current month's book if it has already been dispatched. However, you will not be charged for future months after cancellation.
If your book arrives damaged, contact us at [email protected] within 7 days with a photo. We will send a replacement at no additional cost. We cover return postage for damaged items.
If you receive the incorrect book due to our error, contact us immediately. We will send the correct book and provide a prepaid return label for the wrong item.
Due to the nature of our subscription service and book hygiene concerns, we cannot accept returns for change of mind on books that have been delivered. However, you can pause or cancel your subscription anytime to prevent future deliveries.
Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.
Event tickets are refundable up to 48 hours before the event start time. Within 48 hours, tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person.
